Day 1 in Orlando

Well, it’s a damn good thing I have a coach. And a great coach at that. I had workouts and other weight-cutting plans all lined out for today and tomorrow, but Matt put a quick nix to that. His advice: keep drinking water, eat lean protein and veggies (normal for me), and CHILL. I was 5-lbs over this morning when we landed in Orlando after about 11 hours of flying and airports. He says I am fine and, of course, I trust that. So it will be an early night to sleep for me after finishing off the rest of my 2 gallons of water. This is my first coach shout-out of probably many more, bear with me!
